Does AGL Energy support 2FA?
AGL Energy does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. AGL Energy does offer 2FA via SMS text message and email code — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if AGL Energy adds it.
