Does Braze support 2FA?
Braze does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. Braze does offer 2FA via its own app and SMS text message — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if Braze adds it.
2FA methods Braze supports
- Proprietary app
- SMS text message
Braze does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.
How to keep your Braze account secure
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method Braze offers, and stay alert to phishing. See Braze's official security documentation ↗. If Braze adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
