Does Bupa support 2FA?
Bupa does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. Bupa does offer 2FA via email code — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if Bupa adds it.
2FA methods Bupa supports
- Email code
Bupa does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.
How to keep your Bupa account secure
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method Bupa offers, and stay alert to phishing. See Bupa's official security documentation ↗. If Bupa adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
