Does DrChrono support 2FA?
DrChrono does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. DrChrono does offer 2FA via its own app and SMS text message — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if DrChrono adds it.
2FA methods DrChrono supports
- Proprietary app
- SMS text message
DrChrono does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.
How to keep your DrChrono account secure
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method DrChrono offers, and stay alert to phishing. See DrChrono's official security documentation ↗. If DrChrono adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
