Does Litmus support 2FA?
Litmus does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. Litmus does offer 2FA via SMS text message and its own app — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if Litmus adds it.
2FA methods Litmus supports
- SMS text message
- Proprietary app
Litmus does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.
How to keep your Litmus account secure
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method Litmus offers, and stay alert to phishing. See Litmus's official security documentation ↗. If Litmus adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
