Does PracticePanther support 2FA?

PracticePanther does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. PracticePanther does offer 2FA via email code — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if PracticePanther adds it.

2FA methods PracticePanther supports

  • Email code

PracticePanther does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.

How to keep your PracticePanther account secure

Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method PracticePanther offers, and stay alert to phishing. See PracticePanther's official security documentation ↗. If PracticePanther adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
