Does QuestionPro support 2FA?
QuestionPro does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. QuestionPro does offer 2FA via SMS text message — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if QuestionPro adds it.
2FA methods QuestionPro supports
- SMS text message
QuestionPro does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.
How to keep your QuestionPro account secure
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method QuestionPro offers, and stay alert to phishing. See QuestionPro's official security documentation ↗. If QuestionPro adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
