Does Udemy support 2FA?
Udemy does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. Udemy does offer 2FA via email code — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if Udemy adds it.
2FA methods Udemy supports
- Email code
Udemy does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.
How to keep your Udemy account secure
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method Udemy offers, and stay alert to phishing. See Udemy's official security documentation ↗. If Udemy adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
