Does CallCentric support 2FA?
CallCentric does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. CallCentric does offer 2FA via email code — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if CallCentric adds it.
2FA methods CallCentric supports
- Email code
CallCentric does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.
How to keep your CallCentric account secure
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method CallCentric offers, and stay alert to phishing. See CallCentric's official security documentation ↗. If CallCentric adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
