Does Delighted support 2FA?

delighted.comOtherNot yet

Delighted does not currently support authenticator-app (TOTP) two-factor authentication. Delighted does offer 2FA via SMS text message — better than nothing, but an authenticator app is the more secure option if Delighted adds it.

2FA methods Delighted supports

  • SMS text message

Delighted does not offer an authenticator-app (TOTP) option yet. Authenticator apps are safer than SMS, so it's worth requesting.

How to keep your Delighted account secure

Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method Delighted offers, and stay alert to phishing. See Delighted's official security documentation ↗. If Delighted adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use MS Authenticator App.
