    Open the "Security" tab and switch on the toggle for "Authenticator App (Very Secure)". Roblox lets you use one 2-Step Verification method at a time.

    Keep the QR code visible

    Roblox now displays a QR code containing your secret key. Keep the page open while you grab your phone, and scan the code on your own screen instead of the example shown here.

Part 2: Add Roblox to Authenticator App - Novaz

    Scan the QR code with Authenticator App - Novaz

    Launch Authenticator App - Novaz, tap the + button, and hold your phone up to the QR code on the Roblox page.

    Save the Roblox account

    After a successful scan, the app adds the Roblox logo along with your account name and secret key. Tap the icon to change it if you want, then tap Save.

Part 3: Confirm and finish

    Enter the six-digit code

    Go back to Roblox, type the six-digit code showing in Authenticator App - Novaz, and click "Verify".

    Finish setup

    2-Step Verification is now on for your Roblox account. Whenever you sign in, open Authenticator App - Novaz to get a new code.

    Save a way to recover your account

    If Roblox offers backup or recovery codes, download them or write them down and store them somewhere safe. They are how you get back into your account if you ever lose your phone. If it doesn't, check how Roblox recovers accounts before you need it.

If something goes wrong

  • Roblox says the code is invalid: make sure your iPhone's date and time are set automatically, then try the latest code.
  • The code expired before you clicked Verify: wait for Authenticator App - Novaz to show the next code and enter that one.
  • The QR code won't scan: zoom in on the Roblox page, raise your screen brightness, or add the secret key by hand if Roblox offers it.
  • You lost your phone: use any backup or recovery option on your Roblox account, or contact Roblox support to get back in.

How to recover your Roblox account
