How to keep your Australia Post account secure#
Use a long, unique password (a password manager helps), turn on any 2FA method Australia Post offers, and stay alert to phishing. If Australia Post adds authenticator-app support, you'll be able to use Authenticator App - Novaz.
How to recover your Australia Post account#
If you lose access to your authenticator, most Australia Post accounts are recovered with the backup or recovery codes you saved when you turned on 2FA — so store them somewhere safe, separate from your phone. If you didn't save them, use Australia Post's account-recovery or support process to regain access. Saving your recovery codes when you enable 2FA is the single best way to avoid being locked out.
