How to organize and find your accounts
A handful of accounts is easy; forty is not. A little naming discipline makes the right code one glance away.
Keep the list usable
- Name each entry with the service and the account, for example “GitHub — work”, so duplicates are obvious.
- Use search to jump straight to an account instead of scrolling.
- Keep the accounts you use daily near the top.
- Remove entries for services where you've turned 2FA off.
FAQ
- Can I have two accounts on the same service?
- Yes. Add each one separately and give them distinct names — personal and work, for example — so you always copy the right code.
Keep your 2FA codes in one secure place
Authenticator App - Novaz generates your codes offline, backs them up encrypted to your own iCloud, and locks behind Face ID — free and ad-free.
