How to recover your Bell account#

If you lose access to your authenticator, most Bell accounts are recovered with the backup or recovery codes you saved when you turned on 2FA — so store them somewhere safe, separate from your phone. If you didn't save them, use Bell's account-recovery or support process to regain access (see the official Bell documentation ↗). Saving your recovery codes when you enable 2FA is the single best way to avoid being locked out.
